An exceptional Superbowl game from play calling and coaching point of view. The Boston Herald today has a D for Tom Brady from a report card. Get real, Less than 3 minutes to the halftime, But more than two minutes, And the drive was real long to boot. They score to take the lead at halftime and leave seconds on the clock for no opportunity for Eli and company to come roaring back. Had the game ended at that point, What letter does Tom Brady get. I would argue a B at least from the defense of the New England Patriots. Why, Because he made them look good.

The defenders in the past had trouble with Mr Jacobs running late in the games. Not this time swarming to the ball and tackling in team efforts are noticed by people whom know football. This game was not over till the end. Great effort by all Patriots and sportsmanship was shown thought the game. Not one person was hit with bad intent in non football moves while I watched by either teams. That's good coaching. And champions play this way.

Someone is taking pot shots at Tom Brady's girlfriend over remarks made public that are hurtful to the team and to her. I think she spoke in haste and may be less apt to speak that way again under similar circumstances. In her defense, A member our our armed services career was abruptly changed over comments he spoke in haste that someone fed to the public like a dish of vengeance for unknown reasons. These actions are deplorable and are noticed even by amateur journalists mostly because the turn a truth that can not be denied into a weapon of manipulation of public opinion. Creative twisting and people careers are ending.

If our reporters can not police themselves a little better than this than we should find some whom can and will.
