It sure sounds like the department of homeland security has a disgruntled worker on their hands. But if that is wrong then a trained federal officer has thought the danger was enough to exchange shots with another agent. Until the first shooter is proven to be in the wrong there is a matter of homeland security there and should be checked out completely.
