A possible link between static electricity and seemingly higher levels of intelligence of wild birds is being noticed in some areas where power lines have been recently worked on or damaged. It is unclear if this event is effecting humans, But if it is, It may be resulting in higher levels of intelligence. Although this has not been confirmed, The theory I have been working on involves the ability to remotely access a data storage away from the animals that is increasing there ability to process information. Another possibility that may even fall in line with this, Is that the birds are sharing an energy chip of some kind, And are linking together much like our internet.
