I am remembering around two months ago connectivity seemed little or none and a billing statement all of a sudden claimed someone else was getting service and I was being bundled in a payment request in the past that I do not think I authorized. So they now could be faced with the dilemma of giving me back my money and clearing it up on whom authorised the service changes and charged me! I am not renting to anyone and do not support other peoples phone use. Verizon , turn my phone on please. I am out of work as you probably know and I am not going to get any calls if you do not fix my service. Unless of course you have some ulterior motives for keeping my phone out of service.
