If energy can be stored like suspended animation with cryogenic freezing, Then possibly we could in theory separate the energy that runs our brain, Load it in a laser beam apparatus, Then aim it and turn it on. Flashlight for transportation with a receptacle that would be carbon units like clones, waiting to receive the energy and walk away with relatively no jet lag what so ever. But if this was possible then some other possibilities are also there. A receiver of energy might be as simple as a transformer. But the storage of a persons persona energy might actually go through time as it awaits reuniting with a carbon unit. Without the barriers of the fabric of time and space to restrict the movement of energy, Time could be travelled as energy, In theory.
